DASHBRD overview
The problem

Service Assistant has your numbers. Getting them out of it is the job nobody wants.

Someone runs reports by hand. Production, sales, cash in, cancels, aging — five separate pulls, every morning, in a system that was not built for a phone screen.

Comparisons are guesswork. "Are we beating last month at this point?" takes a spreadsheet, so nobody asks it until the month is already over.

Cancels get counted, never explained. The reasons sit in free-text notes, so churn is a number instead of a fixable problem.

Receivables age quietly. Accounts 60 and 90 days past due keep receiving service because nobody sees the list on Monday morning.

Only the office has the numbers. Route managers and sales staff work blind because the reporting lives on one desktop.

Real dashboards cost real money. BI tools want a consultant, a data warehouse and four figures a month before you see a single chart.

What you get

Six views that answer the questions owners actually ask.

Every figure is net of program and prepay discounts by default — because gross is not what bills — with gross shown alongside so you can see exactly what you gave away.

Production

Net and gross by day, month and service, per route and per technician, against your dollars-per-truck-per-day goal.

Sales

Written business by rep and by lead source, close rates, average program value, and which marketing channel actually produces customers.

Cancels & churn

Monthly churn rate, saves, and cancels grouped by reason — with the annual value each reason is costing you and a win-back list.

Payments

Cash collected per day and month, collection rate against production, and month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons.

Receivables

Aging by bucket with account counts, plus a Monday list of past-due accounts still on the route.

Three-year comparisons

Month by month against the two prior years — with partial months marked, never compared against a full one.

The part that matters

You don't have to open it for it to work.

The dashboard is where you look when you want detail. The daily recap is what shows up whether you log in or not — by email, text message or Slack, to whoever you choose.

To you, your office manager, your production manager · 7:00 AM · every day

Yesterday and month to date

  • Production: $10,377 net across 133 stops — above the $9,600 daily goal.
  • Month to date: $58,900 — pacing 6% ahead of last month over the same first 9 days.
  • Week to date: $31,171 vs $28,240 last week and $27,800 the same week last year.
  • Collected: $9,113 yesterday · 87.8% of production this month.
  • Watch: lowest route at 73% of goal, 12 cancels last month, 34 accounts 90+ days past due.

Same recap available as a text message, and as a month-end PDF on the 1st.

Setup

Connected in an afternoon, with three years of history from day one.

1

Connect Service Assistant, read-only

Paste your API credentials in the setup wizard, or forward us your provider's support email and we will do it for you at no charge. We never write back to your system — nothing in your operating software can be changed by a dashboard.

2

Tell us your goal and your season

Dollars per truck per day, number of routes, whether goals are judged on net or gross, and what day your week starts. That is the whole configuration.

3

First sync pulls three years

So your very first morning includes last month, last season and last year — not an empty chart waiting to fill up.

4

Pick who gets what, and when

Daily scoreboard, weekly lead-source and churn digests, past-due list, month-end pack. Email, SMS or Slack, per person. Add your CRM and ad accounts if you want cost per sale by channel.

Why we built it

Built inside a real $1M+ service business.

We run a lawn and pest company in Central Arkansas. We built DASHBRD because we were tired of running reports just to understand what happened yesterday. Now the recap is on our phones before the first truck rolls — and by 1PM, the business is already running itself. It can do the same for yours.

Pricing

Start with Daybreak. Grow into Command. Run the Empire.

Real Green quoted a competitor $1,600/month to run reports. Cheaper than a VA at $200 a week — and a VA can't touch live data.

Questions

The things every owner asks first.

Can this change anything in my Service Assistant?+

No. The connection is read-only. We pull data overnight, store the numbers we need for charts and comparisons, and display them. There is no path from the dashboard back into your operating system.

Who else can see my data?+

Only the people you invite, and only what their role allows — an owner sees receivables, a route manager sees production. Your data is never pooled with, or shown to, another company.

We run GoHighLevel too. Does that work?+

Yes. Connecting your CRM adds leads, pipelines and appointments, and connecting Google or Meta Ads adds cost per lead and cost per sale by source — the join most companies never get around to building.

What if we don't use Real Green?+

Jobber, Housecall Pro, PestPac and Service Autopilot connections are in the works, and any system that can drop a nightly CSV or SFTP export can be wired up. Ask us on the walkthrough.

Is net or gross the headline number?+

Net, by default — after program and prepay discounts, because that is what actually bills. You can switch goal scoring to gross if bundled programs make net unfair to a route.

How long does setup take?+

Under an hour of your time. We do the connection with you on a screen share, the first sync runs the same day, and your first daily recap arrives the next morning.

Open the demo to see exactly what you would get, then book fifteen minutes and we will connect your Service Assistant together.
